Meditation

Visualization
Doing daily visualizations is simple and highly effective. With your eyes closed, turn your eyes about 20 degrees upwards then visualize a white light coming from the universe and beaming down into your third eye. This can also be done while facing your third eye towards the sun. Then visualize your third eye opening.
Chakra work
The third eye is associated with the sixth chakra, known as the Ajna chakra. Healing and opening all the chakras will support opening the third eye.
Color therapy (indigo, purple, violet)
